日本中京化成气化性防锈剂EFFLUX C－Y TYPE
EFFLUX：分为绿色和无色两种产品
特点：本品可紧贴对象物形成固体薄膜，同时在周围形成气化层，对模具进行双重保护。由于无油，因此不易污染成型品，即使附着在成型产品上也几乎没有影响。
用途：用于厌油模具的防锈 ，可以用作难以去除的润滑油、防锈油的替代品。
由于具有气化性，因此如果模具处于闭合状态、或用聚乙烯袋子将模具包装起来时，则密闭在内的气化防锈气体会将物体包裹起来，发挥更优异的防锈效果。
包装规格：420ML/瓶，24瓶/箱
特徴対象物に隙間なく固体膜を形成した後、さらにその周りに気化層を形成しダブルで金型を守ります。オイルレスなので成形品に汚れがつきにくく、数ショットの捨て打ちで除去ができます。
用途油分を嫌う金型防錆、除去が面倒なグリース、防錆油の代替品として使用できます。
その他金型を閉じた状態、ポリ袋等で梱包し密閉した状態で保存すると、気化した防錆ガスが拡散せず確実に対象物を包み込み、より効果を発揮します。

FeatureAfter forming a solid and seamless film on the target object, this product also creates a layer of vapors around the film to protect the die and mold even more. Since it is not oil-based, it helps the molded product from getting dirty or contaminated and it can be removed by throwing it out after a few shots.
UseDie and mold rust prevention when oil is not wanted and removing grease is a hassle, this product acts an substitute for oil based rust prevention.
OtherWhen the die and mold is closed and it is packed tightly with a plastic bag for storing, it encases the target object securely without letting the antirust gases from dispersing, making it more effective.
